Notes

1. Fully supported – Helpdesk support is available and when applicable, software patches will be released to ensure compatibility.
2. On Windows 64-bit operating systems, Internet Explorer 10 and 11 open web pages in 32-bit processes only. This is for backward compatibility with ActiveX components. Therefore, Meridian Enterprise installs and runs 32-bit components, particularly for viewing documents.
3. Limited support – Support is limited to "best effort" Helpdesk support only. Not all features are supported. No new software patches or service packs will be released to maintain compatibility. An offered solution may require an upgrade to a newer version.
4. Supported only with the site added to the Compatibility View list.
5. Document content viewing is only supported with AutoVue Client/Server. The built-in PDF viewer in these browsers is not compatible with BlueCielo products. Batch file transfer requires a BlueCielo ActiveX control that is only supported by Internet Explorer.
